Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ¼ cup cottage cheese
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Fresh coriander to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preparing the ingredients: Cut the avocados (2) in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a food processor. Squeeze the juice from ½ lime. Chop fresh coriander (to taste), if using.
  • Blending the dip: Add the avocados (2), cottage cheese (¼ cup), lime juice (½ lime), garlic powder (1 tsp), salt (1 tsp), and fresh coriander (to taste) into the food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Finishing touches: Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately as a dip, spread, or drizzle over tacos, salads, or grilled meats. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Enjoy your creamy avocado dip!
